Histidine enzyme activity Km Kcat hHDC 1880 +/- 150 0.10 +/- 0.01 1.73 +/-0.07 S354G hHDC2 620 +/-10 1.45 +/- 0.21 2.01+/- 0.04 a. When the researchers added 0.80 mM histidine to each reaction, what percent of Vmax would have been reached by hHDC? By the S354G mutant? how do i do this please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is this right V=[(Vmax)(S)]/[Km + S], V=Vmax(0.8)/(0.10+0.8) V=Vmax0.89 V max =89%
