we can say in the most have : d^2 so divided :
d^4-8d^2+16 and say :d^2(d^2-8)+16
or can say :
we have 8 in 8d^2 and 16 so say :
d^4+8(-d^2+2)

actually you can just factor this like a normal equation just instead of d, its d^2
so
d4 - 8d2 + 16
(d^2-4)(d^2-4) and since they are both difference of squares
(d-2)(d+2)(d-2)(d+2)
