so, add up the expenses, 215.75 + 143.50 + 273 = 632.25. that number is not the cost of the house but is included, so subtract 632.25 from 2,250. 1617.25 is how much you have for monthly payments on a house itself. so any thing thats less than or equal to that will be your answer.
