The expression inside the parenthesis is just x^(4/3). Now you want (x^(4/3))^5, so multiply the exponents, you get the final answer of x^(20/3). Keep in mind that (x^a)^b = x^(ab), so (x^(4/3))^5 = x ^(4/3)(5)).
