Factor out the greatest common factor. 4x + 36x2 A. 4x(x + 9x) B. 4x(x + 9x2) C. 4x(1 + 9x) D. 4x(9x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I assume you meant 4x + 36x^2 Between 4 and 36, 4 is the GCF Between x and x^2, x is the GCF So factor out 4x and the other factor would be 1 + 9x So it is 4x(1+9x)
