viewpoint of Federalists on ratifying the Constitution? What does that exactly mean? I no it means my viewpoint but like what are federalists exactly and to ratify the constitution mean?

The Federalists were a political party that were founded in 1792 and went till 1824. Ratify means to sign or give formal consent to (a treaty, contract, or agreement), making it officially valid. And I believe it is asking about what the Federalists thought of the ratification of the US Constitution.
