What does 2m mean in front of an angle in geometry and how do i find the x in these problems? The m in front just means the measure of that angle, like it says in the later problems. To find the x in 6,7,8, and 10, you have to add up those unknown angles and set them equal to the entire angle. Like in ten, it would be 50 + (2x=4) = 100 then solve for x. Also remember that complimentary angles add up to 90, and supplementary angles add up to 180.
