Which of the following distinguishes a prokaryotic cell from a eukaryotic cell? A. the presence of a nucleus B. the presence of a cell membrane C. the ability to interact with the environment D. the ability to reproduce If you could tell me the answer and a explanation that would be great or just the answer thanks.
I think its D. because prokaryotic cell means they are the old and they didn't used to reproduce but use to just divide that is tear themselves with out forming the gametes ,so I say ,D.
Thanks.
I'll let you know what it was.
I was A.
what !both have nucleus one has incepitant nucleus and another have true nucleus....
I know thats why I am confused...
Its the The nucleoid which is only present in prokaryotic cells.
here only says presence of nucleus or not and they both have it so I say its ,D....
Hmm I looked at a Venn chart and it said this. Prokaryotes are small and are bacteria they have a cell membrane, unicellular,DNA, and reproduce. And that Eukaryotes are large have a nucleus, multicellular, human, fungi, specialized, they have a cell membrane, unicellular, DNA, and reproduce. I just don't get these thing... I looked it up and they both have nucleus...
THE ANSWER IS THE PRESENCE OF A NUCLEUS. Just took the test and its A.
