when finding a slope on the graph and the point are at (2,2) and (-3,1) would the slope be 1/5 or -1/5 or does it not matter either one's right?

1/5 is right NOT -1/5. The formula is y2-y1/x2-x1 no matter which y you choose in which place it comes out to 1/5 both ways
