john is the mastermind of a gang of several criminals. he plans burglaries of jewelry stores. he obtains the layouts of the stores, their security measures, and the combinations for vaults that house the jewels. However, he is never present when the burglary occures. big cat and little cat actually break into the jewelry stores at night to steal the jewelry. Speedy is the lookout and drives the getaway car. He doesn't go into the store but is waiting nearby. After the heist goes down, big cat, little cat, speedy, an the loot are hiden away from the authorities by sly. sly chooses the hideaway and informs them when it is safe to leave. -Identify the participants in crime. -describe each of the gangmembers role of the crime and what participant name is accurate. which members would be more severely punished than the others?

All are participants in crime. Big cat and little cat would probably be punished the most severely.

For John it could be said that he was the chief offender and coerced the others into doing what he wanted and committed a white collar crime. Obviously, Big and little cat will get in trouble for breaking and entering as well as larceny. Speedy would be a criminal because he helped a brother out by aiding and abetting during the crime. Sly will be in trouble for the same reasons as Speedy. John will be in the most trouble because he was the chief offender although accomplices are supposed to be punished just as bad as the chief offender even if the chief offender doesn't get into trouble, so they are all sc.
