Has an extrema (minimum/maximum) at x = 0,2,4
Increasing when x is less than 0, and when x is between 2 and 4
Decreasing when x is between 0 and 2 and when x is greater than 4
Concave up when x is between 1 and 3
Concave down when x is less than 1 and when x is greater than 3.
