An 8-story hotel has the same number of rooms on each of the 8 floors. The number of square meters of carpet in each room is 10 more than twice the number of rooms on each floor. Find the area of carpet in one room if there are 8,000 square meters of carpet in the hotel.

i believe you would have to use the formula 2n+10=8,000 and then divide your answer by 8 since there are 8 floors
