Factor out the greatest common factor of 5(m+p)^3 - 10(m+p)^2-15(m+p)^4

by looking at the expression, you may noticed that each of these three element 5(m+p)^3, 10(m+p)^2, 15(m+p)^4 have common factor (m+p), and the lowest degree is 2. also you may notice that 5, 10, 15 also have a common factor of 5. then multiply these two common factor together, we have 5 * (m+p)^2
