how do warmer and colder air temps affect the amount of water vapor in the air?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The amount of water vapor in the air relative to the total amount of water vapor that could be in the air at the current temperature. The warmer the air the more water the greater the capacity to hold water vapor. The colder the air the less capacity it has to carry water vapor. ok friend
