first step is to get rid of the circle and write 
$$f\circ g(x)=f(g(x))$$ this is always the first step, not matter what the functions are

second step is to replace the general $g(x)$ by the specific one you have
in  this case it would be 
$$f(g(x))=f(10-5x)$$

third step is to replace the $x$ in $f(x)$ by whatever you see, 
so for this one 
$$f(\spadesuit)=7\spadesuit -7$$ andso 
$$f(10-5x)=7(10-5x)-7$$
