the questions being asked are posted up on the left side of the screen.  All you have to do is click on one of them and try to teach aspects that are helpful to a solution ... as opposed to doing all the work for them.

And they just keep waiting until someone comes and just tells them the answer.
When I answer questions I also in 90% cases don't just say the answer! I help too!
