One way would be to eliminate the parameter t and find a direct relation between x and y.

A second way would be to form a table with a few different values of t and finding the corresponding x and y values:

t = t1, t2, t3, ....
x = x1, x2, x3, ....
y = y1, y2, y3, ...

you just define the x,y parts separatly; rangas table method would be my idea
