Find the area of each triangle on all 4 sides then find the area of the square base then add together.

Directrix (directrix):

The surface area of a pyramid can be found by taking 1/2 the perimeter of its Base times its slant height and then adding the area of its B.

there are two bases, so do I multiply them together or add?

Directrix (directrix):

I see only one base - a square. Look at the diagram again.
