OpenStudy (lncognlto):

Now I have some more questions. 1) Can a moderator, accidentally or otherwise, suspend themselves? 2) What does the little question mark and number next to the title of each chat mean? EDIT: Now I have a third question: When a user you have fanned is shown to be online for a few seconds, has OS just glitched or are they really online for a few seconds? Can OS even glitch like that, showing an offline user as online?

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

the question mark and number next to it are the no of questions unseen

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

I don't think a moderator can suspend themselves, only others. The question mark and number in the chat is just how many new questions there are in that section. Every time someone aks something, it raises by one. That happens to me too, but I don't think it is a glitch. It is specifically for Char for me.

When you hover your own name, the send message/block user/become a fan buttons do not appear right? Same works for the moderator tools, Then don't appear when we hover our own names. 1) nope 2) number of unseen questions in the chat 3) Yes, OS can glitch like that. For example, many times a user from the US is shown online in a popup randomly while it's in the middle of the night in the US. Don't know what's causing it but the fanlist is bugged sometimes. Also users can be shown online while they're offline. This happens when the script that keeps track of who is online and who's offline doesn't update. By hovering someone's name it will update and show the correct status.

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

You can kick people out of certain questions?

thomaster (thomaster):

Yes

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

Yay

thomaster (thomaster):

You want a demonstration? xD

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

sure, but un-kick me afterwards x3

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

oh its permanent?

thomaster (thomaster):

nah it doesn't work like that. it just un-enrolls you from the current section. So you'd have to click find more subjects and click openstudy feedback again :P

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

ah I see

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

demonstration? :3

thomaster (thomaster):

Ok :3

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

Hehe, I see now

OpenStudy (lncognlto):

Oh, okay, I've got it now. xD Thanks
