My guess is that all of these tasks are important to the person. * Sleep reduction is out, body needs it to fight stress. * Purchasing gifts online may help but minimally. * I don't understand the F.A.T. triangle so use your best judgement here. *Asking a friend to take on a couple of the tasks is the only way presented to actually decrease the work load that is causing stress.
