I struggle to understand how he is going to make a pure colony of bacteria having only "needed" gene and eliminate other bacteria if marking one requires to proliferate a hole to spew hemoglobin out which would kill the bacteria. When he gave an explanation to reading library for yeast, purification of bacteria was easy because others couldn live without Arginine. I'm interested in the way ppl did it during Human Genome Prj.
