7^-7*7^-3 In exponential form. I would like an explanation with it, not just an answer.

the base remains the same so it would be 7. the exponents are added (since when 2 numbers with exponents are multiplied, the exponents are added) so (-7)-3= -10 so the answer is 7^-10
