OpenStudy (jack1):

In your opinion, which "minor" character from Macbeth has the greatest influence on the main characters? @pwnzerer

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Role-wise. As a role that Macbeth plays he has the greatest influence, he activates the dispassionate plan of his wife. Duncan also, [ I think less than Macbeth though, but also] plays a key role b/c without him who would be killed. Macbeth is like a direct object and Duncan is like indirect subject; if you will.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

So to my opinion, purely as the play turned out or took place, Macbeth was the main character.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

@Jack1, does this help?

OpenStudy (jack1):

yeah dude, it really does actually, cheers hey

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

(You can also say that Lady Macbeth was the main character, but I don't think so, b/c she influenced, but indirectly, was Macbeth a little more mentally stronger he would not have killed Duncan). So again, it is Macbeth. (I had a different question which character is the most interesting, and I said Duncan!)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Glad I helped! Have a good day! You can mention me if you need help! Will se what I can do and know! Bye!
