Yes you can Taxes are never really a requirement but should still be done. Revoking the right to vote would be a violation of the 1st Amendment about personal freedom and all that.

Well, the why is always better because that can let you fit things together. Where and why of it all. Like a big puzzle. But many times a short, simple explanation is all that it needed to get that!
