What is the best method for touch typing using a QWERTY keyboard?

Using both hands, and using your thumbs to use space bar, imagine there is a line in the middle of your keyboard e.g the letter G make your left hand not go over that imaginary line. And dont let your right either. The more you type, the more you'll learn the keys unconsciously.
