OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

8 mph, 10 min strait. (not as cool, but...)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

That is excellent for a girl,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

TNX!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*hate

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

OH, you hate running! I see, but I mean why do you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because iv never tried it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

as I said b/f 10mph (miles per hour) 15 minutes strait. Good, no? whit a HR of 196.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

with HR 196

OpenStudy (compassionate):

15 MPH; 45 minutes.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

For real? What HR did you have then?

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Must have been really big....

OpenStudy (compassionate):

I'm in the Navy.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

@Compassionate, can I ask how old are you? ( I am 16 )

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

What is your rank?

OpenStudy (compassionate):

SEALs.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Cool! (just looked up what that exactly means online.....) You can probably pull up about 200 times or something, ... MaaaaaaN!

OpenStudy (compassionate):

I can't do that many, hun, but I can do quite a few.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Like about 100?

OpenStudy (compassionate):

Somewhere around that.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Nice I can only do around 60 (also I weight much less probably, since I am only 16. Another important factor..) hope will be able to do be able to do more soon...

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

(sound more than too confusing...I know !)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First mile time:6:23

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

GeorgiePorgie, and you ran just one mile, right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yup!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would say anything under 6:00 min is in pretty running shape. So strive for that bro!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just start with figuring out your mile time, then work on it! Everyone starts somewhere, I always keep that in mind!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you hahah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6:10 was my first mile :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try to get a long distance running for a long time strait instead of doing just one mile.... walk at about 3 mph for 7-10 minutes, then 6-7 mph about 2.5 minutes, then start actual running, don't just jump from being (nearly) motionless to about 10mph, that's not healthy.
