It is all the verb "aller" in the present tense.
C'est le verbe aller à l'indicatif present.

Je vais [1ps] - 1st person singular - 1ere personne singulier
Tu vas [2ps]
Il/Elle va [3ps] - 3rd person singular
Nous allons [1pp] - 1st person plural - 1ere personne pluriele
Vous allez [2pp]
Ils/Elles vont [3pp]

#1 is an order given to somebody. "go eat your ice cream". this person is the second person singular "Tu". the answer is "Vas manger ta glace!"
