I need help graphing my second degree Quadratic equation.
f(x) = x2-9
What do I do with -9 in the equation? Would I make the point 0,-9 and then graph x^2? I know how to graph x^2.

For now, use 0 as x, and -9 for y, then graph that point.

Then, solve for x, so your equation would then become \[y=x^2-9\]

then you follow the basic steps of solving to find a point that would better fit what your teacher is looking for. So solving it, start by adding 9 to each side

I did, I to Pre algebra in 6th grade, and Pre algebra 2 in 7the grade. My teacher said I was too smart for my age, and then came Trigonemtry, and now I feel like i Might die from my brain overheating.

Unfortunately, I'm both smart and nice, so I don't have any luck with girls. You'd think that nice guys would get the girls, but it takes time for that to happen, and too often do nice guys end up in the \[friendzone\]

Yeah I know. Its awful. I went to Forest High in Ocala for my freshman year and then switched to marion virtual school for 10th and 11th. I am probably going to finish my senior year on mvs too. Forest was bad. There were a lot of pregnant girls and bad boys. I was stupid and fell in love with one and got my heart broken but I am so far away from that now. I know what is good for me now :-) I was lucky and got to change before it was too late

Smart idea. I am in love with someone now. I am not allowed to date so he is waiting for me. We are in the same youth group and my parents are divorced so I see him every other Wednesday night because my parents go to different churches. I have been friends with him for 5 years. He is my friends younger brother- he is 15 and I am 16. He is a smart and nice guy
