What does this equal to? -[-(-3)]=
-3 I think
Is it -3
actually it would be negative 3 always because no matter what the absolute value is ALWAYSALWAYSALWAYS positive but with that negative OUTSIDE of it it would turn it negative
Think of it like this If even number of -ve sign comes, then they get multiplied to give a positive sign and when odd number of -sign occurs then we get a negative sign.
Can you also help me with another question?
Wait..
it would have to be -3, because absolute value is always positive?
36÷(-4)(3)-16÷2×(-4)+3 (9)÷3
ok this is actually really easy 63/(-4)(3)-16/2x(-4)+3(9)/3 so first do /orx -15.75x3-16/2x(-4)+3(9)/3 47.25-16/2x(-4)+3(9)/3 47.25--32+3(9)/3 47.25--32+27/3 47.25+32+9 88.25 I think that's right @_@
How did you het 63?
oH it was 36 ok the answer is 50
But the calculator says 14.
the answer is 68 (sorry I forgot to times by 3) you need to use order of operations when solving this, so you divide and multiply first
What I dont get it why the answer qccdingng to the calculator 14.
well did you use order of operations? I dont use calculators for the entire thing because its easy to get very confused, thats why I wrote each step down
I redid it and it's definitely 68
Used pemdas even though in london it is bedmas
Cuz I live in London
