find the equation of the line with slope -1 that passes (-1,3)

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

to find the equation in slope-intercept form: y=mx + b plug in what you know so (-1,3) refers to (x,y) and slope = m so 3=(-1)(-1) + b solve for b then put b back into the equation and then you have your equation of y=-x + (b)
