What is (are) the apparent x-intercept(s) of the function graphed above? –4, –2, and 6 115 and –9 –3 and 3 50

You can obtain the values from the graph directly. Can you read coordinates? Need help with that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can read coordinates just I don't know what the question wants what does it mean by x-intercept does it want the x coordinate

OpenStudy (wolfe8):

x-intercept is where the graph intercepts the x-axis, so yes, it wants the x values because y will definitely be 0 :) Same goes for if they ask for y-intercept.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-4, -2, 6 are where it intercepts correct?

OpenStudy (wolfe8):

Yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you sir!

OpenStudy (wolfe8):

You are very welcome :)
