Please help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well it sounds like it's Slang, because it's a phrase not meant to be taken literally.. But I'm looking up the definitions to the other words to make sure there isn't a better fit.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's not a vague phrase, because it's clear on what it's stating, and it's not trite. (overused) Stilted is just a term of stiff, or something structured. None of the other words really fit, so I would go with slang.

OpenStudy (sambam):

Thank you what do you think about this one? The party was very nice. -------- @Zezzy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is it the same choices?

OpenStudy (sambam):

Yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would say it could be trite, because the phrase, ( _____is very nice.) tends to be overused.

OpenStudy (sambam):

Its not tride what else can it be @Zezzy ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay then it would be Vague,... sorry. X3 I was debating which of the two it could be.

OpenStudy (sambam):

What would you put for The performance was rockin'! ------

OpenStudy (sambam):

@Zezzy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Slang, because the phrase isn't meant to be taken literally. :3

OpenStudy (sambam):

How about Those kinds of things are very interesting. -----------

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That sounds like Trite. Overused, lacking originality...

OpenStudy (sambam):

I tried trite and it wasnt correct. @Zezzy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Really? o.O ..Hmm,... Well it's not slang, and it's not Trite.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is a very vague phrase... lol

OpenStudy (sambam):

so vague?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah that would be my next guess.. x3

OpenStudy (sambam):

What would you do on this one? Boy, it's as hot as a firecracker out here! I'll just have to bite the bullet and deal with it. ---- --------- ---- ----- @Zezzy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would also say slang, because you don't literally "bite the bullet".

OpenStudy (sambam):

Okay last one I thought the show was great. That third act sure was interesting but it was pretty long. ----- -------- ---------

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That one is kind of dificult, because none of the four words really stick out to me as the answer....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would say maybe Stilted? ... Because it seems a bit awkward/unnatural of a phrase.

OpenStudy (sambam):

I tried that and it was wrong. Any other choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then I would try Trite.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I feel like I'm saying that one a lot.... lol.

OpenStudy (sambam):

thank you.

OpenStudy (sambam):

for all your help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No Problem. :3
