All functions are relations True or False

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

All functions are relations. However, all relations aren't functions. This is because some relations have more than 1 y value for every x value. Remember, a function is a line/parabola/ect. that has only 1 y value for every x value. You can test to see if a relation is a function using the "vertical line test." Draw a line from an x value on the x axis, up and down. If the vertical line intersects the graph of the relation more than once, it's not a function.

think about it, why do you use functions? I would say they are all the relationship between an X and a Y.
