how do I write 400% as a decimal and as a mixed number or fraction in simplest form?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

400% as a decimal would just be 4 as a mixed number it would be 4 and as a fraction it would be 400/100 so, 4

OpenStudy (♪chibiterasu):

As Zorark said, all you have to do is put it on top of as such (400\/100) and divide. 400 divided by 100 is equal to 4.
