@Miallions really? read the forum rules or get booted I was 3/4 the way through explaining how to solve and you give the answer.
Now kindly step through how you got the answer, teach, don't enable illiteracy.
i see that it is similar to the vertex form for graphing. y=a(x-h)2+k but i brought the a in front. which makes no difference of finding the vertex when 3 is obviously (3,-2)
