OpenStudy (shamil98):

ax^2 + bx + c c is negative and b is canceled out.. therefor, you know that the equation's signs are (x-b)(x+b)

OpenStudy (shamil98):

and since c = -9 only three possible factors of this -9 and 1 -1 and 9 -3 and 3 which one cancels each other out?

OpenStudy (shamil98):

By process of elimination you should be able to deduct that the answer is (5x-3)(5x+3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(5x-3)(5x+3)
