Which of the following is not part of the cell theory?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a. Every living thing is composed of cells. b. Cells come from preexisting cells. c. Cells are the basic unit and structure of all living things. d. Every cells have a nucleus that contains genetic material. A is right because every living thing does have cells. B is right because everything in a body is flowing/is made out of cells C is right because cellse are the basic structure D is right because every cells do have a nucleus made out of 50% DNA. So if these are all right, WHAT IS THE ANSWER?

OpenStudy (lncognlto):

While all of there are true regarding cells, part d is not actually part of the cell theory. The three points of the cell theory state that 1. All living organisms are composed of one or more cells. 2. The cell is the basic unit of structure, function, and organization in all organisms. 3. All cells come from pre-existing, living cells.
