What other information do you need to prove the triangle congruent using the SAS Postulate? It is a workpad question not multiple choice.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

side angle side well we need to know that there are two equal angles (the "side" at the middle are equal for both triangles )

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what we really need more here is to know that AC is perpendicular to BD.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because the two angles that we need to be equal are ACD and BCA

@Coolsector I am confused I thought with SAS we have to have 2 congruent sides (which we have) and one congruent angle . I need help figuring out which angle to use . would I use angle C is congruent to angle C or B is congruent to D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is the angle between the two sides.. so C to C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are you there ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Coolsector Yes I got it ! Thank you . I marked you best response . I'm not sure how to give medals yet sorry :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

best response is giving medal :)
