What is Einstein's Special Theory of relativity ? Please Don't paste Definition...

OpenStudy (snowfire):

It is basically the same as Galileo Galilei's Theory of Relativity but with the concept of light having a constant speed. There are some consequences, such as time dilation, length contraction, and counter-intuitive velocity addition, where velocities don't just simply add, which, similarly to the other consequences, can be observed more easily at velocities close to the speed of light. There are certain postulates as well, such as the speed of light is unaffected by the velocity of the source.
