Is there any purpose in graphing, beside getting good grades on the assignments? If the only think you have is a.....
website link, then leave my thread and don't post the link no matter how much helpful you think it is!!!! PLEASE!
Graphing is important because it gives us a good visual picture of the behavior of a function. Graphing can help us gain an understanding that equations cannot. A graph is merely a visual equation and an equation is an analytical graph.
@kmeis002 is right. @Rahcel_97, I think I know what you are asking for; a practical example, right? Lets say you got to computer-making companies and you want to know the exact relation b/w the costs that they are selling the comps for. Problem: Company A sells a comp per $500, w/ $80 for a delivery cost per one delivering track. Company B sells a comp per $450 with a delivery cost of $100 per a delivering track. If you are an owner of a huge store when you are buying x copms, is company A a better deal for you or a Company B. When you graph the lines you will see a clear picture. This could be even a question w/ 100 companies. @Rahcel_97, Right?
@SolomonZelman and @kmeis002 , both of you have the point, but Solomon explained it better, to my opinion.... Thanks y'all! I get it!
