That would be D; All of the above, because well obviously you don't want to ovwhelm the reader. They would get confused and wouldn't want to read this "Gibberish" you're speaking of. It would be B also because you as the writer would of course want to stay on topic. When you go off topic it gets funny sounding. And it would be C also because you will WANT to allow yourself to add many details and descriptions of course, because that will make your story more intersting and the reader will want to keep, well, reading it. :) Hope this helps...
