Refer back to your answer from the "Rank the Amendments" assignment. Take your Number 1 answer as to the most important amendment. Now remove that amendment from the Constitution. It is now your job to convince the American people as to why that amendment needs to be in the Constitution.

In other words, make a case for why your amendment should be included in the United States Constitution or how omitting (leaving out) that amendment would lead to tyranny.
