2Al2O3 - The second 2 and 3 are subscript. Is the total number of compounds 10, Al atoms 2, O atoms 2, Al2 compounds 1, and O3 molecules 1?

If the question is asking for the total number of atoms in the compound, then yes, since you have 2 atoms of Al + 3 atoms of Oxygen which equal a total of 5 atoms, since it has a 2 in front (2Al2O3) you would multiply the whole thing times two, making it a total of 10 atoms.
