@wilfley @helpme1.2 Given below are lease terms at the local dealership. What is the total cash due at signing? Terms: Length of lease = 24 months MSRP of the car = $22,750 Purchase value of the car after lease = $15,900 Down payment = $1600 Monthly payment = $405 Security deposit = $375 Acquisition fee = $500 A. $2250 B. $1600 C. $2475 D. $375 @Becki @Directrix @Ko-Ki @texaschic101 @wolf1728 @wolfe8

is the car being purchased or leased?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

purchased

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, then I would think you could eliminate anything having to do with a lease from the problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what else could you eliminate?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thefirst and third one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about the monthly payment? does that need to paid at signing or some other time?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk im confused

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I am not 100% sure on this....here is my guess you would have to pay the down payment, the security fee, and the application fee....1600 + 375 + 500 = 2475
