Gaylin Parsley Mr.Hopper 2nd Period 10/18/13 Donating Organs Are you an organ donor? Organ transplantation and donating is when a deceased individual donate their organs to someone in need of an organ. It is surgically removed and transferred to the person in need. Human organs should be donated, because in some cases, there are people who need transplanted organs to save their lives, there are medical colleges that research and do tests on the organs, and it will not change the way your funeral is viewed.
Many medical colleges practice on people who, after they die, donate their bodies to science so that they can become better surgeons and doctors. Having organs in a medical school helps student by being able to visually see exactly what is going on and how to perform the procedure accurately. They can have a better view on the subject that can lead to becoming proficient in the medical field.Anytime you are in a hospital, doctors will do all they can to save your life. Donation only occurs after the death of a patient who has a licence and is a confirmed donor. Most donated organs and tissues are from people who have died. A living person can donate some organs, blood, stem cells, and platelets.

Wrods.... you trying to spell like me? =) Are you an organ donor? Organ transplantation and donating is when a deceased individual donate[s individuals donate, an individual donates] their organs to someone in need of an organ [ last three words are redundant. Could just be 'one']. It is surgically removed and transferred to the person in need. Human organs should be donated, because [comma fault. after because, not before] in some cases, there are people who need transplanted organs to save their lives, there are medical colleges that research and do tests on the organs, and it will not change the way your funeral is viewed. Many medical colleges [the college practices? need students] practice on people who, after they die, donate their bodies to science so that they [ambiguous they. sounds like the dead people are getting skill! change to 'the students'] can become better surgeons and doctors. Having organs in a medical school helps student by being able to visually see exactly what is going on and how to perform the procedure accurately. They can have a better view on the subject that can lead to becoming proficient in the medical field. [this is the start of a new paragraph]Anytime you are in a hospital, doctors will do all they can to save your life. Donation only occurs after the death of a patient who has a licence [se, not ce] and is a confirmed donor. Most donated organs and tissues are from people who have died. A living person can donate some organs, blood, stem cells, and platelets.
Another topic to fill his out would be some on the priority system and how donation is designed to help those that need it the most or about the shortages that have lead to deaths.
thank you
np. Have fun!
