What are some reasons why U.S provide better jobs

There are numerous reasons for this, I'll highlight a few here:
1) US is among the most developed countries in the world, as such have a lot of companies.
2) US has a free economy, it's easy for someone to start a company and as such new jobs are created everyday.
3) It's free for red tapism or very less.
