You know the horizontal sides! To find the vertical sides or the diagonals apply the distance formula, do you know what it is?

No I know the area is for a trapezoid... A=1/2h(b1+b2)

So then you don't even need that! your bases are both the same so it is just A=b times h It is a parallelogram actually! (see why?)

So do base times height and there is your area!
