the reader may not ask why they needed homes because it says in the title it was d/t hurricane katrina

but i am not sure what you are looking for for an answer... they all COULD be questions that people ask... the first was the only one that was answered in the title.... unless you didn't know what a hurricane katrina was... then you might want to know why they needed homes
