Pythag theorum: so hypotenuse x hypotenuse = side a x side a + side b x side b h^2 = a^2 + b^2

To find the hypotenuse of a triangle you need to add solve the both of the legs squared and added then the number that you ge tfrom adding both of them you then get the square root of that for example Leg 12 LEg 12 12*12=144 12*12=144 144+144=288 Sqrt of 288=16.97056275 there you go:D
