what is this for????



i would say the last one... when in crisis it is hard to be subjective about the situation and stay rational... many go in to 'survival mode" and try to figure out everything gin the short term to get out of situation, but i can't say this is the correct answer for your problem???

the second to the last seems ok too, but it seems too rational... 

it always seems like crisis time is "why is this happening to me" " what did i do to deserve this" etc...
